These are 11 vital weight fitness that every man should aspire to achieve in life. Check out the word "fit" in your dictionary. Does the dictionary describe how much you should be able to lift? Does it say how fast you must walk, throw and run? Definitely no!
So it means that we can't find the real definition of ‘FIT’ in the dictionary. Now, use this as your dictionary and get fit with me. Before you describe yourself as "in shape" try these 11 tips I consider as best exercise for weight loss. Any man can follow these rules. But if you can't go all the way at first, don’t worry, I will show you how you will get there without hassles.
NOTE: I will give you one or two exercise tips for each day until you finish the entire course. Don’t worry they’re super simple to follow.

Best exercise for weight loss 1:
A fit man can bench press 1 1/2 of his body weight
Upper body strength for more than just the actual exercise. You'll look good in a tank top, when that guy at the bar hits on your lady you'll be able to throw his weight around. You'll never have to worry about him again.
Lie down flat on a bench press machine, keeping your feet flat to the ground the entire time. Divide the heaviest weight you've lifted times your body weight.
Score: Less than 1.0: A little weak but we can fix this.
1.0-1.49: Ordinary, you're not that bad off.
1.5 or more: You definitely know what's going on.
