Here is the 2nd part of the article, food to eat to lose weight and how to stop food cravings.

Avoid certain foods. If you find you can not totally abstain craving certain foods unless you filled your stomach with, then ‘run away’ from them. I mean you totally avoid them such foods.

Brush your teeth after taking your meal. This may sound trite but it is proven that brushing your teeth after meal discourage food craving. It will actually fend off eating too much.

Now, let’s discuss the emotional factors of food cravings. Though this aspect is known to be much more difficult to overcome, however I will show few tips to help you.

Uproot the primary causes. Instead of treating emotional symptoms, find out what actually causes them. Ask yourself why you are prone to frustration, annoyance or anger. Then tackle it from the sources instead of indulging in over eating.

Try to avoid stress always.
I know we may not be able to avoid the regular stress of daily struggles, however, try to imbibe some measures in order to avoid overbearing stress that may cripple your health. For example, go try some hobbies that you love. Play games with your loved ones. Take a walk with your spouse. Send and receive email messages with your friends. Go the local sporting complex.

Keep record of the food you eat. Most people do not do this but it will help discover what amount of food you eat each day. For example, do you know the time of the day you often eat most and what foods? Then you will be able to tackle any inherent problem in this.
